Their Music...
The name “Millenovecento” (Twentieth century) sums up what the group expresses when playing. In fact the jazz language developed in the Twentieth century, from traditional to free jazz, passing from be-bop to more recent influences: the development of “contemporary” music, the “song”, the increasingly ethnic influences and all that they tell and teach on a spiritual level.
The musical organization of their repertoire is, however, not the prevailing factor. The strength of expression and the sound’s intensity push their music to explore new landscapes, seen from different views and heights, living the moment to the fullest, thanks to the great understanding between the musicians in their performances.
